The sites that are overlooking the spectacular views have been put aside for Morr to design and build on for Jojeni P/L .
There is considerable down slope away from the street, which needs to be taken into account, in this these cases a reduced footprint allowing two-storey homes to be built.
Typical 4 bedrooms , two living areas with living areas and Alfresco to face the view. Site cutting and filling and raised lightweight flooring are required to accommodate the fall over the building envelopes. Vehicle access needs to be considered as well for ease of approach and departure.
The cost per square metre is increased due to this, plus the external scaffolding required (see photos attached).
