Site inspection also helps uncover any potential challenges before construction begins.

BUILD
Bringing your project to life.
Once everything is approved and finalised, our construction team manages your project through every major stage of the build.

Construction officially begins! We lay a solid foundation – the first physical step of your build.

The structure takes shape as walls, floors, and the roof frame are built.

Your home is secured with windows, external doors, and roofing installed — it's now “locked up.”

Internal features such as walls, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical are installed.

Construction is almost complete. We do final touches and prepare for inspection.
DELIVER

Before handover, your project goes through our quality assurance process to ensure everything is ready for completion.

If changes are requested during construction, or unforeseen circumstances arise that require additional work or alterations, we will discuss these with you and provide a formal variation for approval before proceeding wherever possible.

Handover marks the completion of your project and the final step in your journey with Morr. In the lead-up to handover, we'll complete a final walkthrough of the property, identifying any final touch-ups or items that require attention. Our Maintenance Manager will coordinate these works to ensure the project is ready for completion.
At handover, you'll receive the keys to your new property along with a comprehensive handover pack containing important documentation such as relevant warranties, user manuals and occupancy certificates. Everything you need to confidently take ownership of your completed property is brought together in one place.
