Marowin Place

A four-dwelling infill development comprising four 4-bedroom homes, designed to make considered use of a long-vacant site in Wauchope.

The site was previously occupied by a house that was destroyed by fire and had remained vacant for several years. One of the key design considerations was the site's established vegetation, with the development required to retain all but one of the existing trees.

Morr Homes & Projects designed the dwellings around the existing landscape, carefully considering established root zones and working within the constraints of the site to create a cohesive development while retaining as much of its existing character as possible.
