Morr Homes & Projects Named Among Australia’s Top 100 Residential Builders
We’re incredibly proud to share that Morr Homes & Projects made the 2025 HIA Housing 100 - ranking among Australia’s 100 largest residential builders and developers.
For a regional builder based on the Mid North Coast of NSW, it’s an achievement we’re particularly proud of.
The HIA Housing 100, published annually by the Housing Industry Association (HIA), ranks Australia’s largest residential builders and developers based on the number of residential homes commenced during the financial year.
For the 2024/2025 financial year, Morr Homes & Projects recorded 81 residential build starts, placing us at #97 nationally.
A regional builder on a national list.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful to us is where we’ve achieved it from.
Morr Homes & Projects is proudly based in regional NSW, delivering residential projects throughout Port Macquarie and the broader Mid North Coast. We’re surrounded on the list by many of Australia’s largest building companies operating across major metropolitan markets.
