Crestview Avenue

A nine-dwelling development on a substantial site within one of Old Bar's growing residential areas.

The project comprises six 3-bedroom and three 2-bedroom villas, providing a mix of dwelling sizes across the development and creating an opportunity to deliver additional housing within an established growth area.

Designed by Morr Homes & Projects, the project focuses on practical, well-considered multi-dwelling design while responding to the increasing demand for more attainable housing options in Old Bar.
