An infill development transforming an existing site in Wauchope into three new dwellings.

The site presented an existing old butcher shop and a number of challenges typical of established infill locations. Rather than applying a standard townhouse design, Morr Homes & Projects developed a custom solution specifically for the site and its surrounding context.

The result is a purpose-designed three-dwelling development aimed at addressing a gap in the local market while making more productive use of an established residential site.
