High Street

A custom-designed infill development comprising six 2-bedroom dwellings and one 3-bedroom dwelling, located on High Street, Wauchope.

The site sits on the fringe of an established industrial area and presented a number of considerations during the design and approval process, including its relationship with adjoining industrial properties and its position along a busy main road.

Morr Homes & Projects designed the development specifically around the site, incorporating acoustic measures into selected dwellings while creating a practical multi-dwelling outcome that responds to its surrounding environment.
